Activities:

*** Lead and coach all Utility Systems Teams.

*** Lead development of strategic direction for facility Engineering and Maintenance Teams.

*** Develop and implement strategic direction for all utilities to include ammonia refrigeration systems, infrastructure, and support areas within the facility.

*** Assist development of risk mitigation and accident prevention programs in order to minimize or eliminate risk to employees and the facility.

*** Develop and execute safety and environmental, quality, continuous improvement, and customer service programs throughout the facility.

*** Lead asset management program, to include maximum utilization, replacement, upgrading, maintenance, and tracking.

*** Lead Process Safety Management efforts for the facility.

*** Own capital planning process for the facility, including continuous improvement efforts, education, and employee engagement in the process.

*** Lead capital and expense driven projects within the facility, as well as serving as liaison to outside resources supporting projects.

*** Assist cross-functional teams in implementing process, packaging, or infrastructure projects supporting new product introductions, or improvements in equipment efficiency, flexibility and capacity.
