Seeking individual with background leading pipeline operations, managing field teams, developing and managing budgets, managing raw materials inventory, and ensuring equipment is maintained.

Activities:

*** Lead teams of engineers and technicians during operations, maintenance, and measurement of compressor, pumping, dehydration stations, measurement facilities, and other pipeline and gathering systems.

*** Develop operations and maintenance budgets, manage profit and loss (P&L), oversee project cost and expenses.

*** Oversee new equipment purchases and facility upgrades.

*** Create and manage project scopes and work plans including personnel schedules.

*** Supervise operation and maintenance of equipment including inspections and testings of process equipment, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, engines, turbines, motors, etc.

*** Meet with governmental and third party auditors.

Required:

*** 5+ years experience leading a team including field technicians, in-house maintenance mechanics, support and administrative staff.

*** Experience enforcing safety, operational, and environmental standards in a gathering or transmission operation.
