*** Acting as primary point of contact for customers, third party contractors, and upper management.

*** Managing a group of 20+ engineers and technicians.

*** Preparing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and manpower needs.

*** Hiring, training, and developing personnel.

Must have Engineering degree and at least 10 years direct experience in a closely related field (energy, utilities, pipelines, oil and gas, etc.).
