Photolithography Process Engineer - Arrays & Sensors - Palm Harbor, FL

Seeking experienced Photolithography Process Engineer who can bring expertise developing, scaling up, and sustaining fabrication processes to a leading manufacturer of semiconductor devices.

Shall:

*** Lead new process development and continuous improvement efforts, establish process control and measurement systems, and evaluate design for manufacturing capabilities.

*** Own and sustain processes, assist with transitioning projects from initial research and development to full-scale manufacturing.

*** Define product specifications and requirements and ensure manufacturing processes meet all qualifications.

*** Lead efforts to optimize processes and reduce cost, improve productivity, and minimize waste.

Requirements:

*** 5+ years hands-on photolithography process development experience within a wafer fabrication environment.

*** Expertise with wafer cleaning, photoresist spin coating, soft-backing, photomask alignment and exposure, development, and hard-baking.

*** Ability to evaluate resist processing variables including initial resist thickness, prebake conditions, developer chemistry, developing time, etc.

*** Experience in photoresist modeling and lithography process characterization and optimization.
