*** Manufacture and characterize oligonucleotides for research and pre-clinical use.

*** Participate in tech transfer and scale-up of oligonucleotides.

*** Develop and optimize conjugation of oligonucleotides to biological compounds such as proteins or antibodies.

*** Deliver new and custom products.

*** Evaluate and extend new chemistries to provide innovations which can be developed into new product advantages.

*** Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot synthesis and purification processes on AKTA Protein Purification and MerMade Oligonucleotide Synthesizer platforms.

*** Adhere to Quality Assurance and Management policies and processes.
