Collaborating with team shall install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and train on use for systems involved in cleanroom biologic manufacturing cells and high throughput assay analytical robots and equipment including integrated system control systems, hardware architecture, modules, and elements.

Requirements:

*** Hands on experience with automated laboratory liquid handling equipment, wet chemistry, biological and immunoassay analyzers

*** Exposure to controlling electro-mechanical systems and components such as: Allen Bradley PLC's digital and analog IO modules, Servo Motors, Cryo Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Network Communications, Encoders, Valves, Gauges, etc.

*** Knowledge of Computer Bus Interconnects, Process Field Bus, Field Programmable Gate Arrays, VHSIC Hardware Description Language, and embedded controls.

*** Track record designing power distribution control panels.

*** Ability to develop analog and digital design solutions; including design requirements, detailed design & review, component selection & evaluation, procurement, prototyping, design validation, documentation and commissioning.

*** Experience configuring, programming and operating test equipment - logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, communication bus analyzers, etc.

*** Hands-on experience with design and modeling software.
