*** Implement wet chemistry techniques to analyze processes at client sites.

*** Perform investigations and identify root cause for various processing issues related to raw materials, analytical or performance test equipment, production equipment, and production process.

*** Design and recommend applied use of: Oxidizers; Water Control; Corrosion Inhibitors; Solvents; H2S Scavengers; Anti-Foulants; Defoamers; Surfactants; Emulsion Breakers; Hydrate Inhibitors; Biocides; Cleaning Agents; Deposit Removal; NGL Sulfur Removal; Fracture Fluids; Viscosifiers, Pipe Lubricants and Friction Reducers; etc.

*** Investigate occurrences where product being received or produced does not meet quality specifications.

*** Provide suggestions to rework non-conforming product for compliance with sales specifications, or recommend proper disposal of permanently nonconforming products.

*** Propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of production issues.

*** Implement technology manufacturing, maintenance, and reliability best practices to improve production processes.

*** Evaluate potential weaknesses in production processes and products, and propose improvement in consistency of product production.
