Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Product Manager to drive a profit and growth improvement plan by implementing business and pricing strategies for homeowners, dwelling fire, and auto line of business.

Responsibilities:

*** Aggressively attack growth goals and develop novel strategies focused on multi-state personal lines product development and increasing profitability of existing products.

*** Survey industry trends and competitor actions. Analyze the impact and adjust business plans accordingly.

*** Full profit & loss responsibilities for NY, NJ, and PA markets.

*** Develop, lead, and motivate state product management team.

Requirements:

*** Requires familiarity with multivariate modeling; standard industry software tools; and Department of Insurance filings and compliance in NJ, PA and NY.

*** Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or professional designation (e.g. CPCU) preferred.

Generous compensation to $130,000 with end of year bonus.
