Seeking attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense civil litigation experience to work closely with insureds and claims team to ensure appropriate defenses are pursued and leveraged.

Activities:

*** Analyze complex claims and lawsuits.

*** Provides legal research, advice and direction to Claims Department.

*** Provide legal representation of insureds and insurer before courts and arbitration panels.

*** Prepare answers, legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs, etc.

*** Conduct and oversee depositions.

*** Attend court conferences, arbitrations, motions and trials.

*** Collaboratively negotiate settlements.
