Seeking candidate with 3+ experience in the application of thin films using E-Beam, IAD (Ion Assisted Deposition) and Plasma Deposition Techniques on Optical Coated Materials in the visible to infrared region of the optics spectrum.

Responsibilities:

*** Set up machines and tooling, perform maintenance and cleaning of coating systems.

*** Measure properties including spectral or color, mechanical, scratch resistance, and temperature.

*** Test chemical and environmental durability of coated substrate samples, interpret results, and write test reports.

*** Enter data into spreadsheets, plot and chart data, and interpreting results.
