Looking to hire Operations Process Engineer to support high tech processes in a semiconductor thin film manufacturing environment.

The Job:

*** Manage execution of release and qualification plans for new parts, processes and equipment.

*** Analyze metrology, reserve data analysis, inline, probe, and param data to understand process issues and identify root cause.

*** Manage revision and continuing improvement of quality strategies to improve equipment availability.

*** Maintain compliance to Statistical Process Control metrics such as CpK, VOP, and Cpc and monitor error rates.

*** Write concise process related engineering change notices and include data to justify change when appropriate.

Experience Sought:

*** Bachelor of Science in Microelectronics, Electronics, or Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

*** Experience manufacturing in a Thin Films area such as Diffusion, Chemical Vapor Deposition, Physical Vapor Deposition, or Implant.
