Seeking operations leader with experience in plastics manufacturing who can lead build and manage annual budgets, oversee production, manage timelines, monitor raw material and finished product quality, and advocate for lean manufacturing focus within a plastic injection molding environment.

About:

*** 300+ personnel including production team members, mid-level managers and supervisors, and support staff.

*** Products range from large external pieces to small caps and miscellaneous components.

Required Experience:

*** Plastics manufacturing, must be well versed in thermoset and thermoplastic injection molding operations in order to oversee raw material and finished good quality and ensure production timelines meet requirements.

*** Supply chain management and familiarity with supply chain quality assurance.

*** Ability to develop and manage annual operating budgets including facility overhead, manpower, raw goods procurement, and capital project expenses.

*** Lean Manufacturing or similar modern production methodologies focused on quality, efficiency, and cost.
