The organization:
*** Connects leaders to ideas, services, and networks that can aid young people, even in the face of limited resources.
*** Helps leaders improve & align policies, plan & partner for impact, and strengthen programs & practices across institutions and systems affecting young people.

Seeking a Operational Excellence Champion to support efficient and operationally effective policy advocacy and ensuring the achievement of the organization's policy advocacy programs and
supporting a high level of staff, public and funder satisfaction.
The aim of this position is to cultivate excellence with end-to-end process improvement practices, methodologies and behaviors to achieve transversally operational and support service areas' (the Organization's Human Support Resource Matrix) efficiency. This approach requires particular ability to diplomatically influence the right behaviors and enable alignment of priorities across areas. Includes:
*** Developing a continuous improvement cycle, sustainably increasing effective throughout per resource unit used (unitary output).
*** Sourcing, deploying and maintaining ideal methodologies and workflows, maximizing workforce efficiency and driving appropriate behaviors to enable engagement.
*** Deriving metrics to measure Human Support Resources Matrix performance and capacity to support identification of causes of process flow bottlenecks.
Activities:
*** Provide systems, surveillance, analysis, feedback and guidance to complex matrix relationship functions.
*** Account for the performance and results of individual members of organization's Human Support Resource Matrix on simultaneous projects.
*** Collaboratively develop individual policy unit plans, define priorities and allocate resources to meet objectives.
*** Integrate work across policy units.
*** Propose action plans when variations need to be corrected.
*** Measure and report the progress of projects.
*** Actively contribute to create an organizational culture of Operational Excellence and
"One Team" approach.
Qualifiers:
*** Bachelors Degree
*** Formal Project Management, Quality Assurance and/or LEAN Training. PMP, Six-Sigma or similar certifications a plus.
*** Hands on experience with automated Project Management and Metrics Monitoring systems.
*** A minimum of 2-3 years in a professional services role, project management experience, and/or HR experience OR 1-2 years in a resource planning/coordinating role.
