Seeking 5+ years experience with corrosion protective structural and industrial specialty coating including use of diverse paint and poly products, such as polyurea elastomeric coatings, polyurethane foam systems and epoxy fire protection, especially those used in the oil and gas industry for new construction, maintenance and repair, tank and pressurized vessel linings, roofs, marine applications, fire protection, and first and secondary containment.

Shall:

*** Develop and evaluate new materials, equipment and techniques.

*** Develop job plans and estimates.

*** Oversee permitting and regulatory compliance and maintain documentation, records and certifications.

*** Train field staff in operation of equipment and product application.

*** Coordinate, schedule and advise crews and crew chiefs.

*** Review safety and productivity.

*** Inspect & validate in-process and finished work and ensure quality of project deliverables.
