Requires expert understanding of:

*** Cryogenic natural gas processing.

*** Environmental and regulatory compliance requirements according to OSHA, PSM, DOT, or related Federal guidelines.

*** Safety programs and emergency response procedures including pressure relief and emergency shutdown systems.

*** Compression, dehydration, storage, gathering, and distribution processes for natural gas.

*** Spill prevention, control reporting, and asset integrity programs.
