Next Generation Sequencing Field Application Scientist - Dallas, TX

Description
Seeking a Field Application Scientist to be a part of a product team working on pioneering Genome Sequencing research.

Activities:

*** Deliver presentations on product's value proposition to clients, research and commercial organizations, and key opinion leaders.

*** Provide pre- and post-sales technical support.

*** Liaise between client, product development, and sales team. Relay client and industry requirements to internal teams.

*** Serve as leading source of information for technical queries.

Desired Experience:

*** Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or similar field.

*** Knowledge of Genomics (Whole Genome Sequencing, RNA Sequencing, and Targeted Panels).

*** Experience working in a Next Generation Sequencing or similar laboratory.

*** Minimal customer service experience.
