Seeking Molding Validation Engineer with background developing, testing, and reworking injection molding manufacturing processes for parts with complex geometry, detailed features, and engineered resins.

Objectives:

*** Transform costly, defective, time consuming manufacturing processes into highly efficient, cost-effective, and quality focused processes leading to improved output, happier customers, and better margins.

*** Assist with budgeting and planning for new molding machines and related equipment.

*** Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification) validation activities for new molding equipment.

*** Design, implement and oversee training activities for equipment operators.

Requirements:

*** 3+ years developing processes for molded plastics or rubbers.

*** Strong understanding of molding processes, machinery, and raw materials.
