Provide primary financial counsel for multiple manufacturing locations.

*** Develop and deliver Plant Financial Targets aligned with Division Financial Targets.

*** Establish and report predictive analytics of financial performance to Plant Leadership, Division Finance, and Division Manufacturing.

*** Complete annual forecasting of Operating Plan for plants and integrate with other forecasting processes.

*** Improve return on investment for all plant Capital Investments.

*** Ensure compliance with Global Financial Standards (GAAP).

*** Establish Standard Plant Cost of Goods Sold drivers as weekly and monthly measurements of performance, including Manufacturing Variances, Inventory Adjustments, and Spend & Volume impact.

*** Drive awareness of Standard Cost P&L in the plant.

*** Improve financial impact to profit and loss and balance sheet for relevant Lean Six Sigma projects.

*** Ensure current stockkeeping units have appropriate costs during annual inventory revaluation process.

*** Improve controls around inventory to minimize correcting adjustments.

*** Conduct quarterly Self-Assessment Compliance process and address risks or concerns with Management Action Plans.
