Seeking Metallurgical Joining-welding Engineer to support Materials & Process Engineering group developing projects related to petroleum refining, storage and transmission.

Must have:

*** Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry and Metallurgical Engineering principles and application.

*** Exposure to development projects related to petroleum refining, storage and transmission.

*** Metal-joining process experience including welding and brazing techniques.

*** College degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, Welding Engineering or similar.

*** Awareness of Integrated Computational Materials Science & Engineering tools such as: SYSWELD, ThermoCalc, JMatPro, ProCast, DEFORM, etc. as used in manufacturing process design.

*** Ability to optimize products, processes, or services through testing, evaluation & modification activities.

*** Experience with cross-department collaborations, providing engineering support to resolve technical problems.
