Shall:

*** Collect and analyze operational and process audits; initiates corrective action, establish procedures to avoid recurrences.

*** Develop work instructions, quality requirements and test programs.

*** Design appropriate processing methods and processes.

*** Collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare operations performance reports.

*** Ensure safety, quality, cost, and efficiency requirements are met.
