Support initiatives relative to the evaluation of insurance notices and claim submissions received. Upload and analyze appropriate claim notices as required into the system in a timely and accurate manner. These include: 50% Notices, Trigger Diagnosis, Case Management Reports, Potential High Dollar Claims, Specific Claim Submissions, Aggregate Claim Submissions, Large Group Reporting and Aggregate Reporting. Distribute claim submission inventory and additional documentation related to claims.

Qualifications:

*** General knowledge of medical terminology; including diagnosis codes and procedure codes.

*** General knowledge of medical claim forms and case management reporting.

*** Proficiency in Office 365, including OneDrive, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

*** Experience with workflow software such as ESL Office David Young, ProWorkflow, etc.

*** Experience in a medical claims processing environment

*** Previous TPA experience and excess stop loss experience.
