Seeking optomechanical engineer who can design, analyze, prototype, test, troubleshoot and validate optical systems involving optical mounts, metering structures, flexures, adhesive bonds, exotic substrate materials, mounts, beam steering systems, beam expanders, and other optical devices.

Join team developing novel mechanical designs and conducting very advanced optomechanical analyses, thermal and vibration control, state-of-the-art integrated performance modeling, and the utilization and development of leading-edge materials to optimize system performance to meet ever increasing performance, size, weight, and other challenges.

Work involves a wide spectrum (no pun intended) of optical systems including laser radar, high-energy laser systems, laser communications, ISR cameras, and IR/VIS aerospace imaging systems.

Excellent compensation to $160,000 with annual bonus.
