Seeking degreed Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience designing custom industrial automation and machinery systems for customers in manufacturing, assembly, testing, material handling, or similar industries.

Activities:

*** Design mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic motion systems.

*** Design and customize or source and select bushings, bearings, gears, gear boxes, transmissions, pistons, cylinders, valves, pumps, actuators, compressors, motors, etc.

*** Design castings, stampings, machine components, structural framework, conduit, tubing, sheetmetal housings, etc.

*** Perform heat transfer analysis, mechanical shock and stress analysis, and design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis.

*** Support fabrication department, test prototypes, make design changes, and evaluate finished product against design.

Total compensation package to $100,000 with generous salary and competitive annual bonus potential. Fully company paid medical, dental, and vision plans for full family and group-term life insurance.
