Requires experience developing projects from concept to commissioning: Work with customers and engineering team developing concepts; Develop designs; Source parts and contractors; Coordinate and support fabrication; Contribute to writing of operation and maintenance manuals; Support field team during installation, setup, troubleshooting and operations training.

Design activities include:

VACUUM COATING CHAMBERS: Valves, Pumps, Seals, etc.

CONVEYOR & SORTER COMPONENTS: Belts, chains, bearings, gears, bushings, sprockets, motors, reducers, rollers, pivot wheels, slides, shoes, trays, tracks, pushers and pusher assemblies, vibrators, gliders, air sweeps, slats, tubes, chutes, stops, feeders, etc.

HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS: cylinders, pistons, pumps, compressors, tubing, valves, toggle valves, connectors, airline assemblies, filters, actuators, regulators, canisters and cartridges, orifice restrictor, driers, condensers, gauges, etc.

STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS: Structural Components: Floor supports, guard rails, stringers, hangers, braces, mounts, joints, frames, counter weights, hoods, seals, brackets, rubbers impact bars and shock mounts, C-channels, castings, stampings, etc.

VACUUM METALLIZING is a process used to combine metal with plastic parts by evaporating a metal into a vacuum chamber, electrifying the vapor and then, upon contact with the plastic part, the vapor condenses and creates a uniform layer - For example, a shiny chrome-like appearance.
