Established Mold and Die shop seeks Master Moldmaker to lead new mold builds and tooling repair projects for our injection molding department.

Shall:

*** Build and finish molds as per engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.

*** Manage repair and modification projects ensuring maximum use of molds.

*** Operate all tool room equipment such as Wire and Sinker EDM, CNC Mills and Lathes, Precision grinders and polishers, micrometers and optical comparators.

Qualifications:

*** Machinist with at least 7 years of experience building, repairing and assembling high cavitation molds to exceed 1,000,000 cycles of production.

*** Mold polishing with soft stones and diamond compounds
