Responsibilities:

*** Supervises a group of ten production, maintenance and setup technicians.

*** Assists Engineering in developing and implementing training to meet product and process improvements.

*** Develops and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and cost objectives.

*** Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintains compliance with established policies and procedures.

*** Develops and coordinates the department ISO procedures, training modules & work instructions.
