Shall:

*** Oversee execution of data-driven scientific-Decoupled molding process.

*** Manage the complex testing and analysis in the development of the process.

*** Lead optimization tooling and function of tools.

*** Supervise technicians as they monitor production phase parameters and controls.

*** Analyze in-mold, computer acquired data, implement in-process quality controls.

*** Achieve stable, cost saving processes.
