** Oversee technicians and operators

** Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives

** Direct machine set up, calibration, change-over, routine maintenance and repair

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in an injection molding or similar process operation. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Some technical certification preferred, but college degree not necessary.
