Processes include Film Extrusion, Tube Extrusion, Bag Sealing, Film Casting, Film Forming, and Film Fabricating.

*** Support prototype development runs and new product commercialization to minimize waste and maximize efficiencies.

*** Design tooling in SolidWorks and peer review tooling designs for application, manufacturability, and systems integration.

*** Provide technical solutions and manufacturability feedback for products during tooling design and manufacturing process steps.

*** Drive process failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) activities.

*** Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing lead and operators.

*** Apply Lean manufacturing principles and serve as 5S champion.

*** Design and implement process changes to impact productivity, continuous improvement, and repeatability.

*** Modify existing production equipment to improve reliability and functionality.

*** Manage facility maintenance program including repairing or replacing equipment and tooling.

*** Develop and deploy training programs.
