Plastics Manufacturing Engineer Process Engineer Extruded Biomedical Medical Devices Tubing Catheters Jacketing Tapers Extrusion Coextrusion Rubber TPE Silicone Validation Sterile Clean Room_ .

Support manufacturing process development including extrusion, assembly, and fill & finish of medical device parts.

*** Assist with development, tech transfer, and scale up of new operations.

*** Support aseptic processing of products.

*** Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.

*** Implement process improvements to address project objectives in a Good Manufacturing Practices regulated manufacturing facility.

*** Train and mentor junior manufacturing technicians.

*** Serve as subject matter expert related to Extrusion, Drawing, Molding, filling & finish, aseptic processing, primary packaging, protein, and similar.
