Then sample, develop, and troubleshoot molding processes; analyze data, create reports, documents, and training presentations based on new or improved process.

Activities:

*** Troubleshoot and create processes for the injection molding machine.

*** Apply the knowledge of advanced thermoplastics and scientific injection molding principles using the 4 plastics variable to the processes.

*** Create reports, documents, and training presentations from the data taken from the injection molding machine after the application of the new or improved process.

*** Research innovative ways to enhance the systems in place.

Requirements:

*** Technical Associate's Degree.

*** RJG Master Molder 1 OR Scientific Molding experience equivalent.

*** Advanced thermoplastic knowledge and knowledge of the scientific injection molding principles using the 4 plastics variables.

*** AAS Manufacturing Management Program.
