Seeking individual able to join a large-volume producer of automotive component parts and refine complex production activities into efficient, cost effective and quality focused processes.

Shall:

*** Create Design Of Experiments.

*** Recommend new equipment to fit production needs based on cost, efficiency and quality requirements.

*** Develop, improve and document new procedures for injection molding operations.

*** Train process technicians, setup personnel and operators on production activities.

Qualifications:

*** Knowledge of industrial automation as well as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar.

*** 5+ years experience process engineering for injection molding operations.

*** Familiarity with RJG Process Control hardware setup and operation.
