Manufacturer seeks degreed engineer with 3+ years industrial, manufacturing or process engineering experience in a mid volume high turnover electromechanical assembly environment.

Shall:

*** Focus on process efficiencies, quality control and cost analysis.

*** Drive lean manufacturing methods.

*** Developing processes, work instructions, and incentive rates.

*** Evaluate capacity and balance lines.

*** Manage capital projects.

Manufacturing Processes Involved

Short run, complex fabrication & assembly. Production lines reconfigured, retooled and reprogrammed often for change of model runs. How often??

<350Liter Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel Fab via Roll Form & Laser Weld; Milling & machining, cutting, drilling, tube bending, sheet metal forming, grinding & polishing; Welding, brazing & soldering; Cabling, wiring & electrical component mounting; Assembly; Loading Software, Configuring and Programming Controls, Sensors, Displays and Panels.
