Seeking experience in Corrosion Control or Cathodic Protection Engineering & Installation and ability to lead a regional office including field personnel and sales representatives in large projects and day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

*** Customer engagement and interaction, must be able to define customer requirements and establish meaningful and profitable relationships with regional clients.

*** Internal leadership and personnel management, ensure staff development and training focused on continuous growth.

*** Develop strategic sales plans and ensure profit and sales goals are met, perform review of underperforming aspects of business.

*** Review stock and inventory management plans, ensure parts and materials are ordered through interactions with procurement staff.

Qualifications:

*** 5+ years relevant experience and strong knowledge of cathodic protection, corrosion control, and engineering activities for marine, pipeline or similar areas where CP systems are required.

*** Sales acumen and ability to engage internal and external customers on key projects requiring extensive attention.
