Seeking proven engineering leadership and background in Non Destructive Evaluation and Non Destructive Testing for large structures and facilities including petroleum pipelines, refineries, municipal water and wastewater systems, bridges, water towers, or similar.

Responsibilities:

*** Manage multiple regional offices of a company serving customers nationwide and ensure acceptable P&L, manpower usage, resource management, and customer satisfaction.

*** Maintain adherence to industry and regulatory standards for NDE and NDT projects.

Activities:

*** Define and manage standards and measure results to evaluate performance.

*** Develop and maintain adequate training standards, oversee engineering, inspection, and installation team performance and develop corrective training plans as necessary.

Requirements:

*** Proven success in an engineering management role.

*** Accurate knowledge of industry standards for NDE and NDT for refineries, petroleum pipelines, water and wastewater systems, bridges, water towers, etc.

*** Expertise in Non Destructive Inspections, Evaluations, and Tests including Visual Inspection, Liquid Penetrant Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Analysis, Ground Penetrating Radar, Surface and Sub-Surface Crack Detection, etc.
