Seeking experience managing operations for a natural gas processing and compression facility including liquefaction and regasification, dehydration, purification, etc.

Shall:

*** Supervise and manage employees including scheduling, disciplinary actions, training, etc.

*** Oversee safety measures.

*** Champion compliance to environmental, federal, and state regulatory requirements

*** Develop and manage budgets for Operations & Maintenance.

*** Create and submit AFEs (Authorization for Expenditures), plant production reports, balance reports, etc.

*** Initiate and manage improvement projects for plant equipment (stationary, rotating, etc.)

*** Oversee purchase of materials, equipment, spare parts, etc.

Requires 8+ years relevant experience in natural gas processing or similar managing operations for a whole plant. Must be able to read and interpret technical printouts and reports, prepare requisitions for materials, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage employees.
