Maintenance Technician - Controls & Instrumentation - Hudson, NY
Factory Automation Maintenance Tech Mechatroniocs Technician Electrician Manufacturing Robots PLCs HMIs VFD Hydraulics Pneumatics Controls Ladder Logic Vision Systems Electronics Electrical Circuits Vision Systems Allen Bradley _ .
Diagnose problems when machinery malfunctions, conduct electrical repairs (wiring, sensors), and complete Work Orders and Scheduled Preventative Maintenance for a high-speed bottling and production facility.
*** Layout electrical jobs and projects.
*** Specify and order correct parts for electrical jobs and projects.
*** Direct outside contractors on the installation of electric jobs and projects.
*** Set up and implement preventive maintenance procedures for process control systems.
*** Identify areas to be improved in process systems, make recommendations, and implement approved changes.
*** Calibrate and maintain pneumatic and electronic instrumentation.
*** Calibrate all critical control equipment.
*** Maintain and repair hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, electrical, PLCs, and pneumatics.
*** Program and integrate Automation systems.
*** Evaluate PLC equipment and integrate PLC systems.
*** Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers.
*** Troubleshoot and repair AC frequency controlled drives.
*** Maintain and update programs and process flow prints.
*** Maintain inventory of electronic replacement parts.
