Field Service Maintenance Tech Technician Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Stability Chambers, Refrigerators and Freezers, Incubators, Assay Development Tools, Air Samplers and Particle Counters, Centrifuges, Shaker & Mixers, Sterilizers _ .

Install, Startup, Calibrate, Maintain, and Repair laboratory equipment in Research and Development Labs including scales, balances, microscopes, radiation monitoring, incubators, autoclaves, bioreactors, ultra-low temp freezers, refrigerators, liquid nitrogen freezers, temperature probes, pH probes, critical environments, house vacuum systems, etc.

Accountabilities:

*** Perform laboratory calibrations for pressure, temperature, electrical, dimensional, mass, mechanical, pH, and conductivity, and properly document.

*** Troubleshoot and calibrate lab assets with proper test equipment such as Digital Meters, pressure gauges, temperature probes and flow meters.

*** Troubleshoot, and program measurement devices and control elements that have QA impact on process controls and systems.

*** Ensure proper operation and functionality of equipment integrated into laboratory utility systems including air handlers, fans, chillers, boilers, water systems, compressed air and gas systems, power and lighting systems, and standby generators.

*** Recommend new lab equipment.

*** Develop standard work instructions, procedures, and other technical writing.

*** Maintain library of equipment files, including drawings, O&M manuals, service records, electrical schematics, control loop schematics, blueprints, and P&ID drawings.
