Seeking individual with High School diploma or equivalent with mechanical and electrical plant maintenance repair experience who can diagnose and test equipment and then correct malfunctions and/or make improvements.

Activities:

*** Make adjustments, installations, fabrications and modifications of equipment to maintain or improve safety and quality of operational conditions or equipment efficiency.

Maintaining and troubleshooting the following types of equipment:

*** Vacuum Chambers

*** Vacuum Furnaces

*** Pulse Heat Systems

*** Vapor Deposition Equipment

*** Etchers

*** Epitaxy Processing Equipment

*** Steppers

*** Flip Chip Bonders

*** Thermal die bonders and solderers

*** UV curing systems

*** Wire Bonders

*** Wedge Bonders

*** Die Bonders

*** Epoxy Die Bonders

*** Epoxy Dispensers

*** Vacuum Pressure Soldering Systems

*** Wave & Dip Soldering

*** Spray Fluxers

*** Reflow Soldering

*** Soldering Stations

*** Robotic PCB Assembly Machinery

*** Reflow Ovens

*** Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

*** Through-Hole Mounting (THM)

*** Remove and replace major electrical components (such as motors, switch/control gear) and troubleshoot compact electrical circuits safely.

*** Programmable controller adjustments including some testing, debugging and modifying of program code, implementation of input/output systems, and management of associated programmable hardware such as input/output cards, backplanes, processor and various other logic components.
