Seeking strong 3D drafting abilities who can also support the conduct of analytical calculations relating to stress, fatigue, vibration, thermal variation, etc. using modeling software.

Working closely with senior project engineers, shall develop concepts and original application designs from verbal direction and sketches for industrial production systems.

Design equipment composed of the following:

CONVEYOR COMPONENTS: Belts, chains, bearings, gears, bushings, sprockets, motors, reducers, rollers, pivot wheels, slides, shoes, trays, tracks, pushers and pusher assemblies, gliders, air sweeps, slats, tubes, chutes, stops, feeders, etc.

HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS: cylinders, pistons, pumps, tubing, valves, toggle valces, connectors, airline assemblies, filters, actuators, regulators, canisters and cartridges, orifice restrictor, driers, condensors, guages, etc.

STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS: Structural Components: Floor supports, guard rails, stringers, hangers, braces, mounts, joints, frames, counter weights, hoods, seals, brackets, rubbers impact bars and shock mounts, C-channels, castings, stampings, etc.
