Large scale custom machine manufacturer seeks engineer to develop processes for high volume of new custom projects. Engineer will start with prints or models, select machine tools, design processes, and program.

Shall:

*** Ensure CNC machines are capable of performing at the specified tolerances

*** Develop quality assessment methods using coordinate measuring machines or other metrology equipment

*** Work with tooling engineers to design or purchase custom tools and fixtures

*** Create details production process documentation and train operators

*** Program machine tools using MasteCAM, G-code and similar software toold.

Requires

*** 5+ years experience creating machining production processes from scratch

*** Expert knowledge in CNC machine tools such as; multiaxis machining centers, mills, lathes, grinders etc
