Seeking experienced machinist able to operate CNC Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders, Drill Presses, Cutoff Saws, and similar machines in a high-volume, fast paced production environment.

Activities:

*** Determine proper machine setup procedures through product requirements and drawings detailing work to be completed.

*** Program machine tools or operate manually to ensure accuracy and consistency in machining operations.

*** Inspect final product and verify acceptable measurements using precision measuring devices and metrology equipment to verify dimensions.

Experience & Education:

*** HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 3+ years in a machine shop environment.

*** Familiarity with operating machine centers manually when needed.

*** Experience with CNC Machine Tools capable of operating in 3 to 7 axis movements.

*** Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing for complex or large products.
