Seeking Process Design & Engineering expert with extensive knowledge of Lost Foam, Lost Wax, Investment Casting, or similar casting process with experience performing casting operations for ferrous and nonferrous materials.

Qualifications:

*** Ability to analyze casting process and determine errors in all steps ranging from Tool Design and Wax Pattern Production to Mold Removal and Grinding.

*** Familiarity with process engineering and design with a focus on resolving quality issues stemming from errors in process.

*** Metallurgical experience and casting industry experience.

*** Knowledge of 2D and 3D design and modeling software, SolidWorks expertise preferred.

*** Experience utilizing Kaizen events and following Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma protocols for process evaluation and improvement.

*** Understanding of ISO 9001:2008, ability to champion adherence and compliance to standards.
