Lithography Engineer - MEMS - Bradenton, FL

Description
Globally leading company with recent expansion of existing fab seeks lithography engineer with scale up experience who can develop and sustain fabrication processes for MEMS.
Activities:
*** Lead new process development efforts and implement improvements to existing processes to increase yield and output.
*** Develop photolithography process including: wafer cleaning, barrier layer formation, photoresist application, soft baking, mask alignment, exposure and development, and hard baking.
*** Perform process validation and assess ability to scale-up and sustain processes.
*** Optimize processes and improve robustness.
*** Establish and monitor statistical process control charts for production processes.
*** Assist with training production technicians.
Qualifications:
*** Expert in photolithography process development in a semiconductor wafer fab environment with ability to sustain, support, and scale-up processes from R&D through full scale production.
*** Expertise with spin coating and ability to reduce potential defects including air or nitrogen bubbles, particles, striations, edge beading, etc.
