Assist final aerospace and medical device inspection and assembly as part of the nondestructive testing function.

*** Set-up, operate, calibrate, and perform Process Control Checks on Fluorescent Penetrant and X-Ray NDT equipment, and record results.

*** Review work orders, travelers, procedures, specifications, and other instructions for completeness.

*** Measure product dimensions to verify conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.

*** Process parts in accordance with technical instructions to evaluate for weld and casting discontinuities exceeding specified requirements.

*** Perform lab tests and inspection.

*** Fill out required logs and statistical data sheets.

*** Complete data quality review for document control, audits, packing slips, etc.

*** Participate in audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

*** Assist development of specific test techniques.
