*** Monitor and improve products and processes by analyzing and addressing process variability.

*** Conduct statistical modeling and develop and test practical plans.

*** Support implementation of production flows & processes for new and changed products and improve existing production flows.

*** Champion lean initiatives, model Six Sigma process in individual and group interactions and subdue resistance to change.
