Oversee and manage Lean Six Sigma team and programs for facility manufacturing plastic molding and consumer packaging.

*** Manage Lean Six Sigma team including hiring, improvement plans, transfers, performance reviews, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments, etc.

*** Support and mentor LSS Coordinators and Facilitators, including updating educational methods and curriculum.

*** Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma programs, and sustain implemented Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

*** Direct facility LSS team to attain waste-free environment based on corporate management initiatives.

*** Collaborate with shop floor management to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement activities to identify Key System and Process measures and opportunities for improvement, selection, and scope.

*** Maintain Lean Six Sigma metrics including Activity Matrix and Training Matrix, along with Lean Six Sigma database.

*** Assist formulation of data used for Kaizen events and problem-solving teams; support growth and development of problem-solving teams.

*** Lead Kaizen Events and Green Belt and Black Belt Problem Solving Teams throughout Manufacturing Operations.

*** Manage facility IDEA Network program and compliance with corporate initiatives.

*** Integrate use of visual display in day-to-day management practices.
