Act as the in-house process improvement and quality advocate for a custom machine builder with responsibility for:

*** Deploying Six Sigma methodology into the organization, and suppliers.

*** Leading complex, discovery type, problem solving projects.

*** Driving process characterization and systemic improvements.

*** Plan, guide and support total quality program including policies, protocols, sampling systems, testing mechanisms, and equipment.

*** Initiating and managing continuous improvement projects.

*** Ensuring incoming materials from third party suppliers and contract manufacturers meet quality standards.

*** Overseeing ISO 9001 manufacturing processes compliance.

*** On-time performance of internal audits.

*** Recommending and implementing changes to workflow to reduce defects, time, and cost.
