Seeking individual with background leading a specialized, large-scale production environment making highly engineered and customizable electro-mechanical equipment who can integrate a supply chain, manage personnel, resolve production issues, and promote a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Shall:

*** Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation from order receipt to final delivery, including: subassembly and raw materials purchase, stocking, warehousing, assembly, testing, rework, quality control, delivery, and customer acceptance.

*** Communicate raw material and special purchase needs to procurement and purchasing personnel and ensure on-time receipt of goods.

*** Evaluate existing and past company production activities and projects and incorporate the master data into enterprise resource planning system.

*** Train team members in advanced techniques and quality production standards.

*** Actively develop and implement a Lean focused manufacturing environment to meet new company standards and organizational goals.

In addition to demonstrable P&L level Operations Management expertise for engineered to order systems, we are seeking a hands-on, self-starter with a track record of meeting, exceeding production goals and evangelizing lean principles from shop floor to front office managers.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in business or a technical discipline and experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Toyota Production System, etc.

Leading compensation package with generous salary and competitive bonuses, earning potential to $160,000++.
