Description
The manufacturing engineer acts as the lead facilitator for process improvement using lean manufacturing principles for identification, analysis and improvement of production processes

Shall:

*** Focus on manufacturing enhancements by improving processes, eliminating wastes and optimizing workflows

*** Utilize lean manufacturing tools to improve manufacturing processes, such as; Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, JIT, SMED, Kanban, TPM , Poka yoke etc.

*** Optimize cell designs with product, material and information flow considerations

Qualifications;

*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering

*** 3+ years' experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes for CNC Machining, Automated Welding or product assembly
